I would have liked to see an ELO after september, october, november, december..

The ELO contains every month in its data, so even after all those impressive #1's you got, your wins weren't as impressive as other players who ranked higher than you.

You know that when ELO comes out the latest games are much more important. If you don't belive it consider this sample: you have 1500 and you play 20 games and all your opponents have 1500, if you lose the first 10 games your score will go down and winning the others you will gain more than what you've lost. Vice versa if you win the first 10 and lose the second 10 you'll lose more than what you've won.

You well know I was playing very badly in the beginning of february.

That's why I think I would have been 1st in my best month(s) (probably).

Btw I said congrats Rhox, you should just say 'thank you'.

Is that really true? As you lose more games against better players you'll lose less ELO points per loss, correct? Maybe I really don't get it.

Thanks for the congrats sanzo. You might have been first at once point, but it doesn't mean anything unless you can maintain it.

Dude we played in like March or something. I remember it. I'm still pulling hooves outta my ass. Ask Jimmi to check the record.

P.S. If you ever wanna play again just holla. When you on?

As to Sanzo's point, the sample size is so large right now (the entire existence of QR) that a 20 game stretch would hardly effect it enough to drop you from #1 to your current rank. Your consistent high % alone should leave you in the top 5 provided that you play an average slew of players. Guess that didnt happen.

Congrats to Rhox. (now dont play for like 500 games to see if anyone can catch you at the same # of games)

You played me too... don't you remember?

Oh yeah, and Handi... we played in a tournament and he gave a ration of shit about not being able to pay between some microscopic period if time.

Then he talked a bunch of shit on me and I had to put him is his place. Now I respect him again because he took it like a man and not like a whiny little girl.

Handi - you is good people, much deserved spot in the top ten.

Mine was just an example, but I want to show you what I am saying with another example. k=16, so if you play an opponent with exactly your same ELO score and lose you lose exactly 8 points. Suppose now Rhox loses 10 games in a row and suppose he loses an average of 8 points per game(even if he would probably lose more), than he would drop from the first spot to the 11th (1792-80=1712) ex aequo with Moose.

At least I knew you had enough talent to put you in the "Others outside the Top 10" category before the ELO came out.
