"TimeOut Chicago" blogger gives QR a fun review

Postby Jimmi » Sat Dec 01, 2007 7:23 pm

This blog came up sort of high on my QRadar (I seriously have to stop doing that alt-spelling), and it I thought I would bring it to the QR fans attention here.

Steve Heisler wrote a great article about QR on Timeout.com. Word of mouth is our most favorite form of promotion, and when our little game of Quadradius gets blogged about, we get really excited to read them.

Also, he is running his own solo tourney, where he is looking forward to playing other fans of QR and readers of his website.

Awesome! But there's a problem!

He says he'll be logged in as TOC, and others wishing to play should be whatevernameTOC...

Which leaves people (Guests, of course) a whopping 3 letters and a TOC to make their name from...

Kinda limits the creativity in there...

That's pretty cool. I had no idea Time Out was only $20/year so Mr Heisler just sold a subscription. It's aaaaall comin around.

I put 20 bucks on RhoxTOC GUEST.

Using nothing but oldschool powers again will be fun.
