Goodbye to Oncobyte, hope to see you back someday

Like all epiphanies, there comes a time when a heavy player of Quadradius realizes how much time is dedicated to this. They then realize they must move on. I completely understand this. We hope you do come back at sometime in the future, and def stop by when we have some major updates out. We loved your prob and stat postings, and your overall level of intelligence and respect here on the quadboards. And shit, you live in the Boston area too, and we never got to meet you.

So, I would like to recognize this event here, so others can chime in with their goodbyes (and I am sure their mockeries of you too).

Before you go, take two of these pills. I heard they make you feel good.

I represent OncoByte the most... he is a for real dude. He is not opressive about the way he lays out the math knowledge and he gets my schtick... so I will be sad to see him go.

Life is cruel sometimes, Onco has to go, but Visa came back... whatever.

It's a shame to see one of the most repsected posters go, but in the short time that you've been here, you've created a legend that will be remembered forever. We all hope you can come back soon, and if you need a fix you can always hit me up via PM and we'll face off in the arena. Take care buddy!

You did your lot in the community and been a nice person all the time - I respect you for that.

I don't see though why all these farewell posts... from what I understood, you are simply taking some distances with QR, it's not like you are erasing it from your life or anything.

I'm playing much less these days too, and risk to play even less when I get to uni next fall. It's not like it will make me depart from QR, it's just that everything has its own priorities, that's all.

Anyway, hope to see you around.

what happened was Onco finally got a good run and then the grip of the rankings came in... he got the shakes but kept getting a rush everytime he won 4 out or 5 to stay 80

once ELO and more tournaments become the norm you should be able to have a healthy dose of QR in your diet but there really is no cure for the quadboard - you are tainted for life! The PIG will be in your dreams and you will be trying to mathematically denounce his omnipresence shit stains until you give in and accept The Learned Pig as your true god

Holy Crap! Thanks! I'll be in and out (run with it TLP....) and may even play a game or two this weekend.

You know what the alcoholics say - a drink or two wont kill me. I can handle it.

Congrats on all the recognition and keep on QRushing Jimmi!

Your stats helped inspire me to make those 3D models again onky. I'm glad you took the time to say farewell, and we'll see you around. You'll get sucked back in for sure with 2.0. Don't forget, if you post while multitasking, it doesn't count as being a nerd!!!
