It's soccer, I'm an American and I want to emphasise that I don't recognise your silly British ways, to which I take offence! :P

Not yet, I'm looking forward to getting them all and plowing through them. I'm anal enough that I like to try and have at least most of, if not all, of a series so that if I really like it I don't have to wait.

In the past few months I've read some of the Dresden Files (highly recommend, the Sci-Fi show of it sucks tho), The Cleric Quintet by R.A. Salvatore (one of my favorite authors), the Bourne trilogy (the three actually written by Robert Ludlum), and I'm working on one right now that is really hard to follow, and for me that is rare. It is Gardens of the Moon by Steven Erikson, part of his Malazan Book of the Fallen series.

That was one of the lamest things I have ever seen. I have done my share of dorky things like Magic and pogs, but I never played D&D in the forest.
He's right! Nobody knows how that got in there!

I love when people refer to different geographical parts of connecticut as if it was a large piece of land.
South Central CT = Bridgeport/New Haven? :)

Yeah dude, Cheshire actually... you familiar with the area?

-I'm 26.
-I almost got married once, but I stopped letting her make my drinks.
-I have lived in Texas for the past 15 years.
-I used to live in Illinois, but it was too fucking cold, and they had an open container law.
-Texas now has an open container law.
-I used to work as phone tech support at a contractor for Dell.
-I went to the Philippines and taught the people there how to do my job.
-Now I don't work as phone tech support anymore.
-I'm happy about that. If you don't understand why, then you need to read a fucking economics textbook and quit letting politicians lie to you.
-I can be an asshole when I'm drunk.
-But I'll still use good grammar and spelling.
-Go figure.
-And my greatest achievement so far is fucking the homecoming queen and her best friend for almost three months before they figured out what was going on.
-Oh, and I can be an asshole when I'm sober, too.
Would you PLEASE stop shooting at the thermonuclear weapons!

Um, settle the crap down, it's not like you post was all that great or that this is even a truly legendary thread. My version of the trophy says something very different than yours, which is why I'm obviously not 'ripping you off' but most definitely making ridiculous fun of your creepy ass.

I will give you that yours had etchings, high-quality etchings. But mine has BUTTARFLYZ!

ok I'll guess I'll post too.

-I'm 20, I'm a day older than robponce and he won't ever forget that shit either!....

- I went to school in Michigan after my senior year of college and hated it. (Northwood University)

- I will be living in a 3 story 2000 sq. ft. townhouse in august when I return to school here in NW Ohio.

- Played soccer all my life, and baseball for a good majority as well.

- I was born in Germany, I am not a NAZI and shall not be referred as one either lol. Yes I was an army brat.

- I am not single and have been together with my girl for over 2 years now.

- Rob got me introduced to QR right after he started playing it and I'm loving it.

- I love everything about sports, I'm a diehard ( Ohio State, Dallas Cowboys, Cincinnati Reds, Philly 76ers, and the German football team)

- Jack is a scary mutha fugga and I would not want to fight him (although he has indicated he is a lover so I might have a chance....... checking... judges... nope I'm fucked)

and I think that's all I can think of.

p.s. rob you make me sad in the pants with your story... yea I'm on to you!!!

oh yea
