I think that's what it looks like when you click on a power in the menu on the right side of the arena... the torus with that power lights up like that.

I don't recall clicking anything, also it seemed to stay like that, though, the other guy timed out a few seconds later so i'm not sure.

If you click on a power on the right side panel list, all the pieces that contain that power will light up. Then, you can activate that power by clicking on the highlight itself. not used often, but i designed in the very beginning as another form of power activation.

I personally don't find it useful that much, for i just like to hover over pieces, but i imagine for large boards, you could be, "who has smart bombs?" and just unleash. or "Where are all my snakes?"

Let me know how useful you find this feature.

i think its incredibly useful when you have a lot of powers and a 30 or 15 second timer. Or a lrge board like yyou said. Now I just have to remember that I can find powers this way
