A general chat room where all the players can talk would be a good idea.

There is going to be a chat in the Lobby, similar to the one in the game. Would this suffice? Basic game chats could be like "i want to play a quick game", or "sorry, cant play now, waiting for my friend to join", or "i am new, who wants to play me", etc. Plus you can just hang out in the Lobby and carry on regular convos about the game. It also helps the Quadradius game feel more "populated". Stay tune for that functionality in the next few weeks.

That would be great! I would love to be able to agree on game settings without just being surprised when the advanced panel pops up.
